Once signed up, assuming you qualify as an Agent or Dealer, you will receive a welcome package describing the additional features of the program along with detailed information about all of the services Contingent offers. VoIPWorX Dealer
“Contingent VoIPWorX Dealers” are those companies or individuals acting as independent contractors to Contingent who provide sales leadership and who take ownership of the lead through the entire sales cycle. They are expected to close the Client Lead on behalf and in the name of Contingent (d.b.a. VoIPWorX) using Contingent as support during the process. They are responsible for sales, design of all relevant network elements, installation of all relevant network components, customer service, hardware inventory to include an initial minimum quantity of 100 VoIPWorX network terminal devices and spares in a ratio of 5% of units installed at all times, on site support including field troubleshooting and replacement of component devices. Why participate as a Dealer? You are a hardware or software manufacturer’s representative or value added reseller with a customer service team, you have constant exposure to the “product side” of deals and could easily bundle telephony services with products if you had somebody to fulfill the services order. Or, participate as a Dealer if you are in a telecommunications-related field and in order to close business in your target market, you need to offer value-added services but do not have an internet telephony product. |
VoIPWorX Agent
“Contingent VoIPWorX Agents” are those companies or individuals acting as independent contractors to Contingent who provide sales leadership and who take ownership of the lead through the entire sales cycle. They are expected to close the Client Lead on behalf and in the name of Contingent (d.b.a. VoIPWorX) using Contingent as support during the process. Agents are responsible for the sale and ongoing account management. Why participate as an Agent? You have a trusted consultative position with a client who has asked you to recommend and provision various telecommunications services. You have many choices but none offer the pay as you go model that will translate into HUGE savings for your Client. |
