Mark S. Stuhlreyer Jr.
Managing Partner
Mr. Stuhlreyer serves as the Managing Partner of Contingent Network Services. He led a successful management buy-out of the firm in mid 2002. He has extensive experience in the field of IT in public and privately held firms. He has a Masters of Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from

Eric Hand
Vice President Engineering, CTO
Mr. Hand has over 20 years experience in IT and IT related fields. He holds technical certifications from Cisco, 3Com, Novell and currently serves as the company’s Vice President of Engineering and CTO. He holds an Associates Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from RETS. Formerly a Director of Engineering for Contingent Network Services, the professional services division of Lastar, Inc.
Chad Mattix
Vice President Corporate Development
Mr. Mattix started a business called Pinnacle Computer Corporation in the early 1990s while attending college at Miami University. The company provided e-mail implementation and document management for the legal market. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 1993. Mattix became general manager for MAXimizelT Inc., a technology company specializing in e-mail, Internet security and networking. He later served as vice president for the Mycom Group, leading the team that created mailMAX™, a cutting-edge e-mail security service.
Jeffrey Stine
Controller and Director Human Resources
Mr. Stine joined the Contingent Network Services team in June 2007 as the Controller. Most recently he served as the Controller and Director of Human Resources and acting CFO for biotech Pediamed Pharmaceuticals. He oversees all of the accounting and finance functions of the company, as well as internal auditing. He is a Certified Public Accountant, has a BS in Accounting from Purdue University and an MBA with an MIS concentration from Xavier University.
Robert Supinger
Vice President Operations
With over a decade of experience in the Information Technology industry, Mr. Supinger has helped Contingent Network Services build the infrastructure required to establish itself as a true leader in nationwide network services and in particular rapid response on-site troubleshooting and repair. Previously with Systemax Incorporated, he has overseen recruiting, logistics, purchasing, and operations for Contingent. He attended

and attained a Degree in Business Administration in 1999. Mr. Supinger participated in and coached collegiate athletics and is currently the co-chairman of an annual athletic charity event in the community.
Charles Shroder
Director Customer Support Services
Mr. Shroder serves as the Director of Customer Support Services for Contingent. He has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications in both public and privately held organizations. For over a decade, Mr. Shroder has worked in the data center, managed service, voice and break-fix support businesses for companies such as Cincinnati Bell, Proctor & Gamble (American Computer) and SourceNet where through his professional development attained his Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and a Master Black-Belt in Six-Sigma. He has a Masters of Business Administration for
